Circumference

We're currently seeking 15 fellow workers to join us on the 3rd floor at 628 Winchester Road. If working with a group of eager, talented, creative people laboring to build meaningful businesses appeals to you please let us know! We'd love to work alongside you.

The monthly cost is $200 for one/$350 for two/$500 for 3 (if you're curious, this is about $50/mo less than other coworking spaces in town). All spots include the facilities detailed below. Once we number 15 or more we will be working with the owner to retrofit the entire floor for our purposes (current plans include a couple soundproof conference rooms, 3-5 personal quiet rooms for work sessions or phone calls, a break/lounge area, and a full kitchen).

Once the space has been retrofitted the cost for a spot will increase to $350 for one, $600 for two, and $800 for 3. However, all coworkers who join at the $200 price will be grandfathered in at that price for as long as they want. 

We're trying to find a specific group of folks who will benefit by laboring together in a small community while building their businesses. Everyone working at 628 Winchester is creating something, whether products, services, or businesses. Our desire is to create alongside others that can help us build better.

Music
Download the Sonos app (it's on everything except Windows Phone) and select "connect to existing system" to add your music. Go into the menu and select "Add Services" if you want to add your Spotify, Pandora, Soundcloud, etc. account.

You need to be on the Circumference Guest network to control the Sonos.

Desks
Permanent desks are included for Circumference partners and anyone renting a coworking space.

You can take your pick from these models and we will make it for you in finished Russian Birch:
- Adjustable standing desk (note: we size it down to 6 ft long instead of 8 ft)
- Olivia

Optional powered adjustable standing desk:
- 4 customizable pre-set heights
- Manually put it at any height
- Powered standing desk is an additional $50/mo

Parking
Currently no parking is provided. For the time being we are making do with street parking or running/biking to work. The lot beside the building is reserved for the engineering firm during normal business hours, but fair game weekends and after 5pm weekdays. 

If desired you might be able to reserve a permanent spot in the gated lot across Winchester Road for $30/mo. Contact Brock if you're interested.

Storage
The office is currently light on storage. We are crafting some storage lockers, but until then it's probably wisest to plan on not storing any more than you can conveniently keep at your desk. If you'd like an extra storage unit for your desk area we provide one of these.

Keys
All Circumference partners and coworkers get keys! See Brent Holuta if you need one.

Keys only work on the front door dead bolt and back door deadbolt/lock.

The engineering firm has requested that we make sure we keep the front door locked during hours outside 9-5, even if we're inside.

Bike Storage
The building has a garage in the back where we can store bikes when commuting. 

Guests
Guests are VERY welcome. We eventually hope to have a common/hangout area for guests to enjoy. Until then, any common area is available for friends/family to come hangout.

Remember to tell guests to text/call you when they get here so you can unlock the front door for them.

Mail
Our mail will come to the front desk and any of us can get it and bring it upstairs.

Kitchen/food
Currently we do not have a full kitchen/food facilities. Until we can lease the floor and secure a permanent solution we have set up a fridge, coffee supplies, and a microwave.

Bathrooms
We have two (currently we can use the men's/women's interchangeably). We also have a shower.

Freight Elevator
Yes. We have an original (restored) freight elevator. Use it and enjoy it. It is open for use to all, but all gates MUST be put down after using the elevator (if you don't then someone else can't bring it to their floor).

Also, be very careful with the outer gate on the 3rd floor. If you let it rise too quickly or try to close it too quickly it will fall off it's hinges.

Noise
Remember that we do have another tenant on the floor with us, and that all below us are offices. We don't have to be mice, but we should probably avoid flag football games during normal business hours. After hours, the sky's the limit.
